His leadership has also guided the firm into international markets, working with brands in sectors like automotive, pharmaceuticals, and professional sports.

Under Kurt’s direction, The Prosper Group has earned significant recognition, including being named one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest-Growing Companies in 2019. The agency has collected more than three dozen advertising awards from the American Association of Political Consultants and Campaigns & Elections magazine.
